Copyrights & Use of the Song

1. All songs created through our service are jointly owned by MySong and the customer who ordered the song.

2. Customers are granted a non-exclusive right to use the song for personal and private purposes only.

3. MySong reserves the right to use the produced songs for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes on the Website and social media platforms, unless otherwise requested by the customer at the time of purchase.

4. Customers may request, at the time of placing the order, that their song not be displayed in any advertisements or promotional materials. Such requests will be fully honored.

Delivery Timeframes

1. Delivery timeframes (24 hours / 48 hours) are counted from the moment the song production begins, not from the time the order is placed.

2. Once production of the song has started (writing, composing, recording, or producing), the customer will receive an email confirmation that the order is in progress.

3. In most cases, production begins immediately after the order is placed. In cases of high demand, production may begin within a few hours.

4. Delays of up to 48 hours beyond the committed delivery timeframe may occur and will not be considered a breach of agreement by MySong.

Availability & Customer Support

1. Customer support is available via email throughout the week, except on Fridays and Saturdays, when our team is on break.

   Once production of the song has started (writing, composing, recording, or producing), the customer will receive an email confirmation that the order is in progress.

   Messages received on Fridays or Saturdays will be addressed starting from Sunday.

2. Delays of up to 48 hours beyond the committed delivery timeframe may occur and will not be considered a breach of agreement by MySong.

3. This does not affect delivery timeframes of songs already in production.​

Liability & Indemnity

1. Use of the Website and its services is at the sole responsibility of the user.

2. MySong will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Website or any songs produced.

3. Customers agree not to use any song or content provided by MySong in any unlawful, offensive, or copyright-infringing manner.

Additional Terms

1. MySong reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions, delivery timeframes, or any other details on the Website without prior notice.

2. The version of the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of the order will apply to that order.
