By placing an order through mysong.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms:

Refund Terms

• Refund requests will be accepted only if received before production of the song begins (i.e., before any writing, composition, or recording work has started).

• Once production has started or the song has been delivered, no refunds will be issued, in accordance with Section 14C(d)(2) of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, which allows exceptions for custom-made, personalized products.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where a justified issue arises (e.g., technical error or significant deviation from the order details), we may, at our sole discretion, issue a discount coupon for a future purchase.
This does not apply to dissatisfaction based on personal taste or changes of mind.

How to Request a Refund

• Requests must be submitted before production starts.

• Please include your full name, order ID, and reason for the request.
